Outside, there is a large front porch and fenced in side and back yards. There is a separate single car garage for storage. The driveway can park two vehicles and always ample street parking on the side of the house. A residential parking pass is available.

About the room: First floor room offering ample light and a large closet. The room shares the first floor bathroom with 1 roommate. Currently, the room fits a full bed, desk, shelf, and chest of drawers with room to spare. The room can be offered as unfurnished or furnished.

About the roommates: 3 males in their early 30s. All work locally in Palo Alto. While everyone is quite active and traveling quite a bit, it is not difficult to find 1 or 2 to chat with in the evening after work!

Easily bike-able to Stanford’s campus. Whole Foods and Willow Market (grocery store) are walkable, short drive to Safeway on El Camino.

About the sublet: sublet available from end of March to end of lease on 6/30/2020. Possible to resign the lease at that time. $1625 per month.
