One bedroom and private bathroom available in our 3 bed / 3 bath apartment in College Terrace, Palo Alto. The apartment is essentially on the edge of campus, and is a 5 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk to the center of campus.

We are looking for a female roommate from September - December, however the room can also be available from mid-June - December if you are interested. Please note that there is no opportunity to extend the lease beyond December 2020, as our third roommate will be returning from her semester at Harvard afterwards.

Your roommates will be two business school students, who are very clean, respectful and like to keep our home on the quieter side.

The room available is on the first floor, while the other two rooms are on the second floor (so you'd have a small but cozy room and entire floor all to yourself!).

The room includes a closet and your private bathroom just outside. The house comes with plenty of storage space, a parking spot you can make use of, bike storage, in-unit washer / dryer, an open kitchen, and a patio outside with a grill.

You can't beat the location, right behind the Escondido village dorms, a ten minute bike ride to Trader Joes and a 13 minute ride to downtown Palo Alto.
