The living room is spacious with a queen-size bed (mattress and frame), a big closet, a reading desk, a chair, floor lamp. The apartment is 2B 1.5B and more than 1100 sq ft. The living room will be a private area separated by large room dividers with good privacy. You will share the full bathroom with people in the master room.

The location is excellent for commuters with short drives to Google RWC (12 mins) and Stanford RWC (10 mins) and Stanford campus (20 mins); 4 mins bike (10 mins walk) to RWC Caltrain station, 1 mile off the 101 Freeway, and 2-mins walk to bus stops (ECR, 95, 295, 397 & 398).

It is also super convenient for dining and relaxation. 10-15 mins walk to good restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, Safeway, Wholefood, banks (Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi, BOA). There are also three beautiful parks (Tea Garden, Wellesley Crescent Park, and the Mezed Park) within walking distance. Costco and Target are 1.5 miles away.

It is a super right place for someone who just moves here and wants a short-term space with affordable rent. Everyone has some fridge space. Microwave and cooking are ok as long as clean it after use. Not ideal for a couple, no overnight guest, and no pet (sorry).

The living room is from March 7 to April 30. It might be available in May or later but could not be guaranteed until middle April. The lease is flexible. The rent is $750/mo + $50 utilities or $35/day. The deposit is $500.

We are a couple working for Stanford University, non-smoker, don't do drugs, laid back. We are quiet but outgoing and very friendly.
