They show: the furnished bedroom, full in-suite bathroom, and living space (shared with 1 other wonderful grad-student roomie) up for sublet from ~April 1 to ~May 31.

RE: THE DETAILS

Rent is $1,750/month (utilities/internet included/parking included). The room, which includes its own in-suite bathroom, comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, desk, dresser, walk-in closet, bookshelf, etc. Note that the closet/dresser, while currently populated by my clothing, will be empty for you arrival.

The apartment is really nice (hardwood floors/washer dryer/central AC). In-suite washer/dryer, big kitchen w/ new appliances and ample cooking gear, big living room, dining room, 2 full bathrooms (e.g. both rooms have their own), fast internet everywhere, and central heating/AC.

The apartment complex is also really nice (gym/pool/game rooms/bbq pavilions). Extremely convenient (and curiously underused) amenities. Zero problems with neighbor-noise/street-noise/any-kind-of-bad-noise.
