We are offering one bedroom in a nice spacious 2BR/2BA apartment, available now. Basic setup of bed and desk are available (pic 1); you are welcome to bring your own too.

You will have two roommates. One of us is staying in the master bedroom, and the other, myself, in the living room; the bathroom (pic 2) will be shared with me. Both of us are clean and enjoy our quiet but cool lifestyles (see pic 3 for the living room that I stay in). We are both postdocs at Stanford, males, from China. We enjoy hobbies including amateur acting, biking, skiing, bouldering, literature, Go, cooking (while keeping the kitchen clean!) and so on.

The apartment is on James Rd, Palo Alto, 12 minutes by car from Stanford and 20 minutes by bike. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. There is a swimming pool in the yard, with excellent landscaping in and around the complex (pic 4). Grocery and restaurants are conveniently accessible, and there are plenty of street parking space.

The rent is $1185 per month, and the three roommates will share costs for internet, electricity, and water, adding up to about $80 per month. We hope to find a roommate who is quiet, clean and friend, with priority given to Stanford affiliates staying for long term. You are more than welcome to visit us.
