There is an open space to sublet in a shared room in Menlo Park, beginning as soon as April 1. Rent is $825 + utilities. The room is a large master bedroom with a personal bathroom. It's a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 7 residents. 8 minute drive to Stanford University, large backyard, quiet neighborhood, spacious living room/dining room/kitchen. Residents are mostly recent Stanford graduates. The lease ends at the end of August but it is likely that we will begin a new lease, so there is availability to live there next year.
