Hello!! I’m looking to sublet my spot in a shared Menlo Park house as early as early-mid April (with flexibility). The house is 10 mins to Stanford campus in West Menlo Park and is shared with other housemates (mostly recent Stanford grads). It has a W/D, a large kitchen with lots of cabinet space, heating, attic storage, and common areas including 2 yards. There is lots of street parking and 2 covered spots in the driveway. The room is large (about 142 sqft) with a big closet (~18 sqft) and an adjacent bathroom with a shower. There is a door leading to the rest of the house so you have the option of closing it for more privacy. The room itself could be a single or shared with a roommate if you have someone you want to move in with and fits two double beds nicely with extra space.
