I am leasing my room in an Oak Creek two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, 1215-sq ft apartment. I am looking for a sublesee for the first couple of weeks of the lease.

• Unfurnished bedroom and bathroom (the smaller bedroom in the floor plan and the bathroom across from it, mattress can be provided if desired)
• Furnished kitchen and living room (no TV provided)
• Access to all the amenities in Oak Creek (gym, heated swimming pools, spa, parking (see Oak Creek website for details: https://www.oakcreekapts.com/)
• Roommate is a female Stanford Masters' student in her early 20s

Requirements:

• Comfortable living with cats: my roommate has two cats (litterbox will be in her private bathroom)
• Able to move in by May 1 (flexible)
• Able to move out by June 23 (not flexible)
• Able to pay rent ($2000 for May, $1533 for June) and utilities (~$75 for May, $57.50 for June)
