I graduated from Stanford last year for my Master's degree and have been working as an engineer at a tech startup in the bay area. My current lease ends July 7, and looking for a roommate to share 2B/2B starting end of June or beginning of July (totally flexible). My preferred location is Sunnyvale/Mountainview.

I'm quiet between 11:00 pm - 8:30 am (I have a regular sleep schedule 11:30 pm - 8:30 am and great if you could at least keep similar quiet hours at night too). I'm very clean and never leave unwashed dishes in the sink:), but it's ok if you leave it once in a while. I'm friendly and usually become friends with my roommate too.

My budget range is around $1800 a month, but can be flexible too if we find somewhere we both like.

I'm female, and my boyfriend's lease ends end of October if you don't mind he moves in around end of October this year. We can figure out utilities/rent adjustment then.

I don't typically host parties at my place, but sometimes a friendly house warming gathering/day time bbq could be fun once in a while.
