The lovely house has two floors:

• 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom. 2 secondary bedrooms share a bathroom.
• The living room, kitchen and a half-bathroom are downstairs. There is a lot of space.
• The house also has a patio where you can host parties outdoor.

We welcome tenants who would like to rent the entire house or each individual room. The rent is $5,100 for the entire house or $1800 for the master bedroom or $1650 for each secondary bedroom. The lease period is for 12 months and start immediately.
