Very close to the campus (right across the street from EV). Within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and nearby a Stanford shuttle stop.

The place will come fully furnished. In-house washer.

The current tenants are moving out, and the new lease will start in July. I'm looking for a roommate (male) who's clean and respectful of the common areas.

A little bit about me:
Male in my late-20's and work at the Stanford Med. Clean, generally quiet, with a regular sleep schedule, and would prefer that you are, as well.
