Sunny second floor unit available in a 6-unit building, two blocks from University Ave (on Ramona St).

This is a great spot! A 10-minute walk to Palo Alto train station, bikeable to Stanford campus, and easy access to downtown while still on a quiet street. The apartment gets a lot of natural light and has been a peaceful, cozy place to live.

Gas stove/oven; new refrigerator installed when I moved in in 2017. This is a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen, living area, bathroom, and two closets (one in the bedroom, one off of the living area for coats and storage).

One thing to highlight - there is no washer/dryer in the building; I have gotten by with a combination of "coin" wash in Menlo Park (they do Apple Pay now, too) and a laundry pickup/delivery service called Rinse.

The apartment has been passed down between friends for several generations, and I've loved living here (for almost 3 years!). My job is moving me out of state and I'd love to continue passing it along in the Stanford community. I'm looking for someone to move in once my lease is up in June (date flexible).

Pictures attached are from the last person that lived in the unit, since I am currently out of state and not able to take pictures. Wall-mounted bike racks are no longer in the unit.
