Apartment is a 10 minute drive from Stanford campus, 5 minutes drive from Thornwood Preserve and Wunderlich County Park. New and very nice in-unit washer/dryer that is in a small space off the deck so does not take up space in the apartment. It's difficult to tell from the pictures but it's not a true 1BR -- it doesn't have a living room, just the kitchen/dining room and a large master bedroom. So it's ideal for a single person or a couple where one/both people are not both working from home during the day.

Moved here right before the lockdown and it has really taken the edge off working from home. The attached photo is my current workspace (the kitchen table). It's a great fit for someone who loves to hike and can work from home. There are tons of animals living on the hillside, I regularly see turkeys, deer, hawks, quails and sparrows sitting at my desk. The deck is also large and gets a lot of light during the day. There is a private entrance to the unit along with a large private driveway. Landlord has been fantastic and very responsive.

Apartment comes fully furnished, including a full set of Tramontina pots and pans and high quality kitchen equipment.
