Looking for a female housemate to occupy this large (16' x 12') master bedroom with personal bathroom and a walk-in closet. You will be living with a female professional who works in retail and loves the outdoors and plays tennis! The room will be available Jul 1 - Aug 31, with a possibility of:

1. an earlier move-in date in late June.
2. resigning of the lease in August to continue onto next year's summer if you like the place.
