My name is Alanna and I'm an ENT resident finishing up my intern year, looking for a female roommate to share a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in downtown Menlo Park. I've been living here for the past year, and my roommates are moving out so I'm looking for someone to join on the lease. You would have a bedroom and the hallway bathroom to yourself, and I'd have the master bedroom.

The apartment also has a living/dining room, small balcony, and kitchen. It's on the second floor of a two-story building. There's a covered parking space included which would be yours, some additional storage space, and a laundry room for the complex. Trader Joe's is across the street along with other restaurants and shops. Stanford Hospital is about 12 minutes away by bike and less than 10 by car.

I've loved living here, the location is great and the apartment has a lot of natural light! The included pictures show the living/dining room (with a glimpse of the balcony), kitchen, and empty bedroom.

$1400 for the bedroom and bathroom + utilities and internet. Move in date would be between June 15 and July 1.
