We have two large rooms that will be available from July 1st:

1. The large master room on the 2nd floor, $1400 per month (single occupancy);
2. the garage room on the 1st floor (with almost the same size as the master room), $1320 per month (single occupancy);

The two rooms together with a bathroom belong to one townhouse with private entrance. They can also be rent together as a whole. The utility of each month is ~$100 per person. And there is one-time $45 fee for background checking when you move in. You will share and have full access to the kitchen and living room with another two roommates.

The two bedrooms are located in a single house in a very safe, quiet but convenient neighborhood (Pepper Avenue, Palo Alto). It’s just 13-min biking to Stanford Memorial Court. If you drive, the house is close to EI Camino, Oregon Express and Alma Street. We have a super large and well-furnished kitchen! We have a built-in washer and dryer, which is totally free (no need for coins!).
