I'll be moving out in mid-July and my room will be up for rent (flexible on move-in, could definitely work with August). I live with two female roommates in a 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Parker Palo Alto so we'd like a new female roommate to replace me. Our apartment is close to Stanford, TJ's, Safeway, Target, and right off the 101. There's also a nice park right across the street and our complex has two pools and a small gym. Pets are allowed. I live in the medium size room and pay ~$1430 for rent plus extra for utilities. We share one parking spot and there is also a fair amount of street parking. We have in-unit washer/dryer, a nice sized kitchen, and a dining room. My bathroom is shared. I'll be selling my bedroom furniture so I'm willing to leave it and sell it to whoever takes over if interested. The move-in date is a bit flexible, but I'm planning to leave around mid-July and am happy to coordinate my move with whoever takes over my spot.
