Location benefits: Walking distance to grocery (1 block). Walking distance to UFC gym, Safeway, Michaels, dentist, many buses. $3-4 Uber ride to Caltrain in downtown Sunnyvale. Walking distance to Google shuttle to MTV and Sunnyvale campuses.
Courtyard: the complex has a very large, beautiful shared courtyard similar to Stanford family housing in the center that is great for children to play or just to sit and read a book at.
Park/School: Across the street is Braly park which has amazing play structures for children including tennis courts for adults. Many pre-schools within walking and few minutes driving distance.
