The monthly rent is $2375 excluding utilities which usually runs around $30-60 per month. It comes with a free internet router that I bought from Best Buy.

The studio apartment is renovated with new appliances and includes heating and cooling. The apartment comes with a bathroom and shower separated by two sets of door, and plenty of closet space. It has a secluded balcony facing trees and greenery. Great for anyone going to school at Stanford looking for a easy commute.

Deposit is $2375. I will sign you on as the renter and remove myself from the lease. You will get the deposit back directly from the rental office when you leave.
