This listing is for a bedroom (90.25 sqft) available in Presidio in a 3 bed/1 bath apartment starting July 1 with security deposit ($788.33) and first month rent ($1050). The apartment has a full kitchen, living room, dining area, several closets, and a storage unit.

The apartment includes a washer/dryer and carport for parking. Additional parking permits can be purchased. Parking is ample, never had a problem finding a spot to park.

We are moving out and looking for one more person to take over our lease for the last 3 months. The two other rooms have recently been filled by two women:

A - (25) would normally work in downtown SF at an environmental agency, but will be working from home for the foreseeable future. ‘A’ likes to be outdoors hiking, running, and biking. She also has a creative side so she loves to draw, paint, and hula hoop. ‘A’ and her partner co-own a puppy that she would love to visit sometimes. ‘A’ is excited to make friends with her awesome new roommates, but is also super down to respect space and downtime :)

The lease ends September 30 with the option to extend for another year. You must pass the Presidio application process.

There is a bus stop down the street and Presidio provides a shuttle that would be free for you with the PresidioGo pass. It goes to downtown SF.

Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Baker Beach is minutes away, lots of hiking trails, and beautiful views.
