A room (with private bathroom) will become available (beginning of July) in a shared apartment located in downtown Menlo Park. The room is offered for either a 3-month sublease (July-September), or a long term contract (~6 months, renewable for a year after that).

Rent is $1200, plus another ~$60 for utilities/internet/etc. Ideally, you would move in early July, but starting date is flexible.
