I am looking to sublease my 1300 sq ft townhouse in Sunnyvale near Central Expressway and N Mary Ave.

The unit is three stories with two bedrooms with en-suite baths upstairs, kitchen and living room downstairs, and two car garage with washer/dryer in basement.

It’s available starting August 1 through April 1, and I am flexible on timing (could do fall or spring quarter or longer lease takeover).
