Hello, I have a private room available for temporary sublet from now through September 15 (you can renew the lease for a longer stay if you want). Rent is $1,100/month.

Room is fully furnished, connected to one of the bathrooms that is shared with one other room. The room faces north--really nice on hot days.

The apartment is in Palo Alto and is a 5-min bike / 10-min walk to Cal Ave Caltrain Station, 5-min bike / 10-min walk to Midtown Shopping Center (Safeway, CVS, etc.), and a 10-min bike to reach the east end of Stanford campus.

The apartment features a fully furnished living room with couches, coffee tables, and a small dining table with chairs, and the kitchen is filled with utensils, pots, pans, and cooking ingredients available for use.

There is a washer and dryer on premise. No smoking and no pets please.
