We are young professionals and Stanford affiliates working in medicine, chemistry and economics. We are looking for future housemates who are sociable but also respectful of each other's private space. A typical evening at the house includes some of us hanging out in the kitchen-dining area to eat and socialize. We like to keep the shared areas very clean.

The available bedroom comfortably fits a full-size bed, and has a closet.

• In-house washer/dryer.
• Great privacy, house is set back from the street.

• Off-street parking space (located in front of the unit), if you have a car.
• Utilities and internet are split evenly between housemates, in addition to rent.
• No pets, unfortunately.
