We are looking for someone to take over our lease on a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit (600 sq feet) at 469 Grant Avenue Palo Alto, CA 94306, starting end of July. The lease is up mid-December 2020, with the option of renewal. Rent is $2395/month, and utilities range from approximately $140-190/month.

The apartment is on the third floor of an outdoor complex. We have tons of natural light, and a large bedroom and living room area. The kitchen has lots of counter space, plenty of pantry space, and a large sink, but no dishwasher.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the restaurants and grocery stores (and farmers’ market) on California Avenue. 8 min. walk to Caltrain, 10 min. bike ride to Stanford’s campus, and lots of small parks nearby. And the doors to chipotle await you 100 feet away.

Other building amenities include an assigned covered parking (included in rent), small exterior storage, bike racks, and laundry room.

We have loved our time in this apartment and wish we didn’t have to move, but we are moving across the country! We have lots of positives to say about the apartment and will also be upfront about its shortcomings.
