I am looking for someone to take over a lease until December 2020. The apartment is available now and I am flexible with a move-in date in July or August. Once the lease ends, you have the option to renew.
The monthly rent is $2175 (price drop from $2375) excluding utilities. This apartment is newly renovated, fully furnished and move in ready. It comes with new furniture, equipment, and kitchen supplies I purchased in January (some will come with receipts). You can keep all the furniture and equipment for free since I am moving out of the country.
The studio apartment is renovated with new appliances and includes heating and cooling. The apartment comes with a bathroom and shower separated by two sets of door, and plenty of closet space. It has a secluded balcony facing trees and greenery. Perfect for anyone that prefers their own space.
