Stanford school of medicine postdoc here (M), there's a large 4B/3Ba place available on Edgewood Drive in Palo Alto. It's a safe and quiet neighborhood, 20 min bike ride away from Stanford. Plenty of parking space with a large front and back yard.

One of the rooms has a private entryway in addition to a private bathroom ($1650/mo), the other two rooms share a bathroom and are $1350/mo each. Utilities are extra and split equally, WiFi is paid for by the landlord. There's a W/D in unit, a large kitchen with an island and dishwasher. All common areas are fully furnished, and rooms come with furniture too (though if you want to bring your own desk / dresser that can be accommodated).

I'm easygoing and clean, engaged to a wonderful fiancee, and don’t smoke. I'm looking for 3 roommates (male or female) to join me in this place, with move in date as early as July 29th. Landlord has been kind enough to let me move in by the 29th + allow me to choose roommates as and when they come. I'm looking to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone in the house.
