It's located inside a gated community. The apartment is quiet.You will get lots of privacy. Ten minutes walk to the light rail station, bus stops and the Rivermark shopping complex which has a Safeway and lots of restaurants. There is a nice trail runs behind the building as well as a lot of green space around the apartment complex.

Rent is $1530 + Utilities. Assigned parking available in the building.

Location close to Intel, Cisco, Samsung, Nvidia and many other tech companies.
