I have got the Stanford housing and will move out the end of Aug. So here the lease begins near the endo of Aug or the beginning of Sept.

This is a 1B1B apartment with one master bedroom with bathroom is outside. The bedrooms have walk-in closets. Kitchen and living room are all fully equipped. Laundry room is downstairs and has 1 washers and 1 dryers, each charges $1.5 per time. The apartment is affiliated with an inside parking place.

The total rent is $2300 per month which includes A/C, heat, water, hot water & trash. Security deposit: $1500. The other utility stuff is ~ $50 per month, exactly calculated by your expense. Safeway market is 3 min's walking distance.

Since I am a postdoc at Stanford U, I rent the apartment from Zillow and have compared it with many apartment. This one is highly cost effective and convenient to school of medicine with 15 min by bike, I have been living this apartment for 6 months.
