My roommates got the Stanford EV housing and will move out the end of Aug. The lease starts soon as from Sept.

Both bedrooms have two walk-in closets each.
Both bathrooms are just remodelled last year.
Kitchen and living room are all fully equipped.
Laundry room is free and has two washers and two dryers just downstairs.
One storage room, two sheltered parking spots attached, one small balcony.
The total rent is 3300/month - the master bedroom is 1750 and the other bedroom is 1550. The internet utility stuff is around 100-150/month and is shared with tenants.

Ii is very safe, very quiet and convenient neighbourhood: Draeger's market is 10min's walking distance, Safeways is 15min's walking distance.
I'm a Stanford postdoc and have been living this apartment for two years. I bike to Stanford (15min to school of medicine) during sunny days.
