One storage room, two sheltered parking spots attached, one small balcony.
Total rent is 3300/month - the master bedroom is 1750 and the other bedroom is 1550. The internet utility stuff is around 100-150/month and is shared with tenants.

Ii is very safe, very quiet and convenient neighbourhood: Draeger's market is 5-10min's walking distance, Safeway is 15min's walking distance.
I'm a Stanford postdoc and have been living this apartment for two years. I bike to Stanford (15min to school of medicine) during sunny days.
