Our Palo Alto Midtown 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment will be available on August 1st (a couple days earlier could also be possible). The rent is $1995. Our 3 neighbors in this 4 unit complex are either roommates who are sharing the apartment or families who rent the whole unit.

It's walking distance to California Ave station, close to campus, 15-18 minute bike ride to Oval. (The address is 104 El Carmelo and we are on the second floor). The laundry is shared among 4 units and you have plenty of parking space and a quite big storage space there. You all know it is very hard to get a 2 bd for this price in Palo Alto and we were lucky to get one of the few ones last year.
