Lease: Starting Sept 1st for 9-12 months.

Room & Rent: The upstairs bedroom is 14 feet x 12.5 feet with an attached private bathroom. Rent is $1200/month + utilities.

Home & Location: It’s a two-story townhome with a spacious shared living room, in-unit Washer/Dryer, A/C, private patio, and a courtyard/lawn space located just outside our unit. Our quiet and safe neighborhood is located within walking distance from Target, Chick-Fil-A, CVS, and is nearby Safeway. We are also close to the Guadalupe River Trail which is great for running and cycling.

Parking & Transportation: The house has a 1-car garage (currently used by another roommate) and ample permit and street parking close to the residential area. There is also convenient access to 237, 101, and the VTA light rail.

About us: I’m a recent grad (BS '18, MS '19) and have been working as an engineer for the past year. I’m currently working (and baking -- I share!) from home. Andrew teaches adult students online while taking classes himself. We're both clean, chill, and respectful of volume in the house.
