We are two female roommates in a 3 bed/2 bath apartment in Parker Palo Alto and we'd like a new female roommate to replace our previous roommate who already moved out to take on Med School.

We are mid-20s / early 30s, outgoing and open-minded, love to cook and bake, love to hike, run and sail, and being outdoors. Both of us are affiliated with Stanford, working in seperate cardiovascular research labs.

Our apartment is close to Stanford, TJs, CalTrain, and just off the 101, which means fast access to SF in case you need to commute. There's also a nice park right across the street and our complex has two pools and a small gym. The Baylands are within walking distance, too, and great for a run. Pets are allowed.

The vacant room: medium size, ~$1430 for rent plus extra for utilities. We share one parking spot and there is also a fair amount of street parking. We have an in-unit washer/dryer, a nice sized kitchen, and a dining room. Bathroom is shared. Possibility to take over our previous roommates bedroom furniture, but also fine if you already have your own. The move-in date is a bit flexible, any day from now on.
