I have 1 bedroom available in September for short-term renting. Rent includes utilities except for the internet which is an additional $30.
This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment super close to camps (2 miles), grocery stores, caltrain, and downtown Palo Alto. The room is furnished. There is onsite laundry, street parking (permit required), bike storage in the carport, a spacious living room, a balcony, and a nice kitchen with storage as well.
Looking for a respectful, quiet and clean person to rent the room.
