We are a pretty calm and homey group of friends (Stanford student + alums) who are actively looking for a new roommate! Room will be available starting September 1, 2020 (can be available a few days before for move in).

  -The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants, stores including Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Safeway, 24 hour fitness, 3 local parks (including Klein Park and Rengstorff Park), Showplace Icon movie theater and public transportation stops (San Antonio Caltrain station, VTA 22 bus stop, Stanford Marguerite Shopping Express, Google shuttle stop).

• Room can comfortably fit a queen size bed
• Room will be unfurnished.

We are on a month to month lease with current plans to be here until spring/summer 2021 with the possibility of extension. You would be expected to be on the lease as well. Let us know if you have any concerns.
