I am looking for a female roommate to move into the master bedroom of my wonderful Los Altos apartment. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and very picturesque, with beautiful sunsets over the Los Altos foothills.

The master bedroom is over 170 sq ft with hardwood floors, a private bathroom, a decent sized closet, and access to our private backyard. The apartment is over 1200 sq ft with an in-unit washer/dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances, a fully furnished living room, a large garage space, plenty of street parking, a manicured yard and a front-facing patio overlooking the foothills.

The apartment is less than a mile from I-280 and I-85, and only 4.6 miles from campus. There are several grocery stores and plenty of restaurants nearby (< 10 min drive), as well as a lot of trails for hiking. The bedroom is available immediately and rent is $1,605 per month (utilities are an additional $100/month).
