The current rent is $2445 / month, negotiable. The lease can be renewed (for one year or more) with the landlord. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, quiet, and very suitable for running. The apartment is located next to El Camino Real, well connected whether you have a car or not. It is within 3 miles of Googleplex, Stanford, Palo Alto High School, and Palo Alto downtown. There are also supermarkets, CalAve CalTrain Stop, restaurants, cafes, and Sunday farmer's market nearby. The apartment is furnished, with two queen-sized beds, one single bed, a large and comfy sofa, and a couple of tables, chairs, closets, and shelves. You can keep the furniture for free if you like.
