We are located 5 min biking from University Avenue, which has been blocked off for pedestrian traffic and has many outdoor dining restaurants. 10 min biking from Stanford University.

We are a house of young professionals (Stanford grads) looking for a respectful individual to sublet a room for a few months. You will have three other roommates, two of whom work from home. The room available will be furnished with a full-size memory foam mattress, standing desk, ergonomic office chair, external monitor, and reading chair. The room also includes a personal A/C, radiator heater, and spacious closet. You will be sharing a bathroom with another male roommate.

The house has a beautiful back yard featuring two redwood trees, an orange tree, bbq, covered sun room, driveway parking, and a large living room and kitchen with dishwashing machine. Washer/Dryer in unit

Sublet asking price is $950/month. Utilities are included in this price.
