I am a young professional Stanford alumni looking for a responsible and down to earth female Christian roommate in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. The rent is $1325 starting November 1st. October rent is free to offset the traditional 30 day notice. The apartment is located in downtown Menlo Park a few blocks from the Cal Train Station, about a 7 min drive to Stanford. Deposit is $1,000. The lease goes until September 2021. The apartment has a balcony and is spacious.
