We are looking for a new roommate in our spacious and sunny Potrero Hill house starting October 1st (possibly sooner), with our lease going through part of March 2021.

Currently, we are 6 people (3 female, 3 male) and 1 smol doggo in a 4 bedroom 2 bath - 2 sets of couples, and 2 singles. The room that is opening is one of the singles. The room is large and you would share a bathroom with the other single. We are all climbers and a pretty relaxed set of humans.

Location:
we are 0.3 miles from the 22nd Caltrain station, 0.6 miles from Dogpatch boulders, ~20 min drive to Pacifica and Ocean Beach. There is a little food market and a strip of cafes around the corner, and a Whole Foods and Safeway nearby.

The house:
We have a nice kitchen (2 fridges), a big living room, in-unit laundry, street parking is super easy. All utilities are ~$60/mo per person (while all of us work from home).

The room:
has a closet, and fits a queen bed, desk, bookshelf, and dresser with plenty of more space.
*Furniture is also for sale if interested (desk+red drawers, bookshelf, dresser, pallets + firm matrand mattress from ikea, wall mirror, blackout curtains, cubbies in closet).

The people:
the remaining 5 are 3 Europeans, 1 Canadian, and 1 American. Two are PhD students at Stanford, 2 are postdocs/researchers there, and 1 is a radar and satellite engineer. Some hobbies enjoyed by some or all are: climbing, yoga, surfing, biking, growing plants, exploring new neighborhoods, concerts (if they should ever return), cooking, drawing, making things out of clay.
