We’re seeking another housemate to join us in San Carlos! Our house includes a shared kitchen (containing most equipment you could want; we like to cook), living space with TV, dining table etc, and backyard with grill. Rent includes your own room, shared bathroom, and access to all other shared spaces. Our house is an 8 minute bike ride from the Caltrain station and a 20 minute drive to Stanford and SFO; and also convenient to downtown San Carlos, Trader Joe's and Walgreens. Currently, the residents are Stanford alumni and friends in their mid-20s working at Facebook and local tech companies, as well as 2 adorable cats. Move-in date is October 10th or later for a 1-year lease. Rent is $1200 per month plus utilities.
