About us : I am a female piano teacher in my late 30s. My other roommate is a young professional in his mid 20s, works in IT, very easy going and friendly. He loves music too and plays clarinet and piano. But most times the house is quiet. We respect each other’s space, and we're usually just busy with our own things. But also once in a while we hang out together to watch a movie or celebrate holidays.
Teaching hours : I give private online piano lessons from the house roughly 3 - 6hrs/day, except Sundays. I am looking for someone who wouldn't mind hearing a little bit of music in the house during online teaching hours, and can be mindful near the piano room. It is critical for me to be able to teach without a lot of distractions.
About you : I am looking for a roommate who is respectful, responsible, and can pay on time without reminders. Ideally a light cooker or someone who doesn't mind coordinating kitchen use with others.
Covid-19 : At this point we're following county guidelines and do not have people coming over to the house. We see friends occasionally but only outdoors with masks. It's a safe home where everyone understands the need to keep social distancing. We hope to find a roommate who shares the same lifestyle for the time being.
