The house:
It's located on a quiet residential street with a park/dog park two blocks away.
Walking distance to downtown Menlo Park, Caltrain station, and (walking/biking distance) to Stanford  
The house features a large living room, kitchen (2 large fridges), and a sunny backyard.
Ample parking (street and stack driveway). 


The room:  
The bedroom measures 10x10 not including the closet (3x5)
You will be sharing 1.5bath with O and current vacant room.

Housemates: 
1 post-docs (O-Male), 1 graduate student with a shiba inu (J-Male and Hato-Dog) and one other room that is also in the process of being filled. If the room is not filled before you join you would have input on who this new roommate were to be. We have a fun and easy going vibe and enjoy chatting in the kitchen or living room with an occasional hangout or excursion.

Utilities and security deposit:
We split utilities evenly among the house which comes out to ~100-150/month each, but can vary per month based on use. Wifi is an additional 30/month.
A security deposit (1275) and first month's rent required.


COVID stuff:
We're conscious about social distancing and keeping social networks small.
