We're looking for a roommate! We have 1 room available in our spacious 3BR/2BA Laurel Heights/Inner Richmond apartment available October 1 (start date is negotiable).

• Close to Golden Gate Park and Presidio
• 15-minute bicycle ride / 5-minute drive to the Golden Gate Bridge
• Lake Street is a nearby “slow street” with lots of room for walking and biking
• Plenty of outdoor dining options on Clement. Top rated restaurants (Burma Superstar, Good Luck Dim Sum), bakeries
(Arsicault) and weekly farmers market less than a 5-minute walk
• Trader Joe’s, Smart and Final, Safeway, and Target all nearby
• Quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of families and open spaces
• Multiple express bus lines along Geary and California Street when you need to get elsewhere in the city

About Us:
• We are 2 guys in our late 20’s and early 30’s - one of us works at a tech startup and the other is a venture capitalist
• We enjoy quiet nights in cooking dinner, relaxing with our significant others, and the occasional wine night.
• We’re open to any gender and LGBTQ-friendly
• COVID-wise, we’re taking sensible precautions and would like a roommate who does the same (no large gatherings,
less outdoor dining, less travel)

• Bathroom is shared with 1 other person

• Secure garage parking available ($125/month extra)

Rental Terms
• Start date: October 1, negotiable
• $1,500/month plus utilities (utilities are usually $50/person/month)
• $2,250 security deposit paid to previous roommate
• Month-to-month, but prefer individuals who plan on staying longer
• No pets allowed
