We have one room for rent in a four bedroom house in East Palo Alto. The rent is $1375 per month plus utilities (internet, water, and power, ~$100/mo). The room is available beginning November 1, 2020 but there is the option of moving in earlier. .

Currently there are three of us living in the house, two males and one female. Two of us are graduate students and the third works at Stanford.

The available room is the master bedroom upstairs. It is large and has its own bathroom including a bathtub and shower. The room also has two closets, one off the room and the other off the bathroom. The downstairs contains a very spacious entry area and living room, a large kitchen, as well as a half bath. We live nearby IKEA and Target, so we're close to the 101, Stanford, and the Bayfront Trail (which is really great if you like to bike or run outside).

The current occupant of the room is open to selling their bed and bed frame at a greatly reduced price if there is interest.
