Hello!

We have 1 available bedroom in our 4 bed 2 bathroom home. Currently, there are 3 roommates, each occupying 1 bedroom, so we are looking for a 4th to fill the empty bedroom

All three of us work at Stanford, two of us on the School of Medicine campus and one of us at SLAC.

We are seeking only a maximum of 1 person for the bedroom, sorry no couples and no overnight guests.

The room is (10' 6'' x 9' 5'') with a closet (4' 5" x 2').

We have a full-sized bed frame that has four drawers if you'd like to borrow it (the one in the last 3 pictures, sorry we don't have a mattress for borrow).

Monthly rent includes:

• Private bedroom with closet
• Shared bathroom with 1 roommate
• Pre-furnished living room & dining room
• Driveway parking
• In-unit laundry & dryer
• Kitchen cabinet space
• Refrigerator space

Kitchen has dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven, gas stovetop range

Monthly rent: $950
Safety deposit: $950

Utilities:
PG&E, water, and Internet.
($100 - $150 in the summer - winter per person).
Garbage & weekly gardening included with monthly rent

The landlord requires proof of income and credit score report with the application.
The first month’s rent and safety deposit are expected upon move-in.

Current housemates:
One couple working at Stanford for 6 yrs & 3 yrs, both in our 30's. One female posdoc working at Stanford's SLAC facility. We are rather quiet and enjoy active lifestyles, videogames, and are generally environmentally conscientious and focused on our work. For commuting, we enjoy cycling into Stanford.

We are friendly and like to get to know people and happy to have conversations in the kitchen, and also fine with giving you your space. We like to keep the house very clean. We hope to find housemates who similarly prefer clean spaces and are okay with cleaning after themselves in maintaining clean common areas.

Two cockatiels (small birds) live in the back bedroom, but sorry no additional pets.
