We are on a quiet and safe street with ample parking, less than a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods, Safeway, and Duboce Park. Hayes Valley, the Castro, and Dolores Park are all within a 15 minute walk away and there is a Muni stop right down the street. There are awesome bars and restaurants within two blocks of the apartment.

Room 1: 16x12.5 ft, $1,550/month. With bay windows, and tonnes of natural light and view of twin peaks. An intricate victorian fireplace, and a mantlepiece. Beautifully furnished and can come with furniture or without.

Room 2: 12x12 ft, $1,450/month
Can be furnished or unfurnished - your preference (furniture would be sold at flat fee - all in great condition/used for <=6 months, includes Zinus queen bed frame and LUCID gel memory foam mattress, Elfa freestanding desk w/ shelves, small dresser, nightstand, blackout curtains, and other items).

Unit includes:
A beautiful backyard with a seating area complete with a fruit+veggie garden!! (Apple tree has been there forever and as of this summer we have zucchini, corn, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, herbs, etc.)
Roomy kitchen with all new appliances (microwave, dishwasher, gas stovetop/oven)
Laundry - washer and dryer (outside but locked by the backyard door)
Wooden floors, crown moulding, no carpeting
Great heating within each room as well as central heat
A small dog who mainly resides in the master bedroom. Fez is super quiet and friendly, doesn’t shed much at all, and will give you plenty of cuddles after a stressful day! I am allergic to dogs and haven’t had any problems with him
A responsive and attentive landlord
Shared utilities, internet, and misc apartment expenses
Very large shared storage closet in addition to closets within the two larger room
Note: The 3 rooms share a bathroom but this hasn't been a problem for us
Also note: Besides the common kitchen area and backyard, there's no shared conventional living room in this unit.

About the 4th roommate:
M is a product manager at a tech company who will be working from home for the foreseeable future and is super easy to live with! She is originally from North Carolina. In her spare time, she likes to do yoga, cook, explore the city, play board games, and take her dog to Duboce Park.

I is a data science student, and photographer. He hails from NY.
