Hello, I am renting out my room in an awesome house looking over the Bay in the Emerald Hills neighborhood of Redwood City. You'd share the house with four great roommates who are young professionals working in tech/healthcare/estate management. Two others are affiliated with Stanford. The room is available now through March 1st and renewable for another year after that. The rent is $1425 per month and it's about $80 per month for utilities. It's a spacey room with a great view of the Bay out the window. The bathroom is shared with a very clean female roommate. The house has tons of space with a great kitchen, two living rooms, a big backyard, and a patio. There is a garage and two sheds for light storage.
