This post is for the HUGE upstairs room, about 400 square feet (!!), for $1300/mo plus utilities.

• This is the only upstairs room, so you have lots of privacy
• Perfect for a single person or a couple
• HUGE – great for working from home
• The bathroom is shared, but the person you’re sharing it with is moving out, so it might be all yours for a while

We also have a smaller bedroom available (~10’ x 12’) for $1100/mo plus utilities.

• 3 minutes to charming downtown San Carlos with a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers

The current residents are young professionals, including Stanford alumni, who are employed locally but are working from home during the pandemic. We enjoy socializing together but respect each other’s privacy. We have two friendly cats and cannot accommodate any more pets. Also, we are mindful of COVID prevention and would appreciate a housemate who does the same.
